Feedback gevenI am extremely disappointed with how they prepared my meal. There was hardly any meat in it.
The restaurant was not even busy, but they forgot to bring me my $10 sandwich. I don't have time to go back, so it's disappointing. I hope they hire staff who actually deserve their pay. Time is precious and I don't want to waste it dealing with mistakes like this. Please make sure to improve your service.
After a negative experience at a different location, I reluctantly decided to give Jason's Deli another chance at this particular branch. Unfortunately, I regretted my decision as the chicken was overcooked and full of gristle, the pasta sauce and noodles were both bland, and the bread was hard and overcooked. To top it off, the cashier did not ask me for my drink size and simply charged me extra. It's disappointing to see a restaurant I once enjoyed now on my "never again" list.
The salad portions are so inconsistent. I order the same thing maybe 2 to 3 tines a week. Sometimes I get a skimpy salad, sometimes I get a pretty good size salad, sometimes I get 2 boiled eggs, sometimes I get 1. Sometimes I get 4 corn bread muffins, or 3, or like today I got 2. Sometimes the muffins are in a separate bakery bag, sometimes they get all soggy because they put them in the salad. Maybe be consistent so customers know what to expect.
Food was good, service was great, but not one employee smiled when I was in there. It was a very gloomy environment. Everyone looked like they hated their life and didn’t want to be there. I felt bad for them.
