Mcdonald's - Houston

I come here quite often, usually quite busy outside, I never went inside, but at the pull-up speaker it seems that some of there workers don't hear you right how they screwed my orders quite a few times, then if you move up into the window to pay an order then ask if that was your order, how can you not know? The other McDonald's I've never been questions was that or that? Not very organized. Overall, I am mostly satisfied because it is food and frozen drinks are good!

The customer service was excellent. Even when my 6-year-old went to order ice cream, the staff was incredibly friendly to him. The ice cream was truly delicious!

The decor is fabulous, and the play area resembles a gym! It's perfect for a small group of children, but it might feel a bit cramped with more than 6 to 8 kids. The large glass windows offer a view of the traffic outside, and there's free Wi-Fi available.

I really enjoy McDonald's because the staff always have a smile on their faces. When you walk in, they greet you warmly with a lovely smile.
