Pizza Hut - Houston

I came here today. The young lady was not wearing a mask.I get home and hair was on my pizza. I mad I can't turn around because I have to get some sleep for work tonight.She didn't even have on a cap. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow.

Order pizza @11:45 its been 1:20 and still haven't received it worst pizza hut ever really bad customer service they deserve 0 stars

Ordrr pizza and two order of cinnabon cinnamon rolls get home and they was hard. Call the store and the manager stated that she will give me 5.00 my next order i do not order pizza that often. Ask if i can get some fresh one on tomorrow and she stated that i have to bring the old ones back. Will not ever order from this pizza Hut ever again. Wish i can give zero stars after this will go to another pizza hut.

Food was great but this is the second time the driver tried to guilt me into a tip. On top of that, I clearly asked for contactless delivery and the guy still insisted to hand me the items PLUS he wasn't even wearing a mask. It's pretty reckless if you ask me.

I really want to give this location zero stars but can't, this is my 3rd time trying to do delivery and it's always something this time i waiting almost 2hrs called the store just to find out that my order is still at the store never left for delivery. Im really done with is location completely.
