Pizza Hut Express - Houston

Very bad customer service. Ordered a delivery and the person delivering the food was very rude. Bad attitude when asking where the address was at when he can't find the suite number of a building. I never gotten so frustrated to write a bad review before. And he wouldn't leave without a tip. Honestly, didn't deserve it at all.

Horrible customer services. I would stay away. Went during the winter storm and everyone was so rude for no reason. I'm spending my money here! I hope you close very soon. This is the time to be kind and rude to people trying to get food during the horrible time. You never know what people are going through and in the area you're located I would not be so rude to customers coming through the door. P.S. The pizza was sh*t.

When I worked for Target in the 1990s, Food Avenue was their in-store cafe. I'm sorry to see they were phased out and replaced by Pizza Express and Starbucks.

It was horrible. They processed the order as completed on the app and when I arrived I waited 30 min. Then they gave me the wrong pizza.

One large pizza is good for 2 persons. The pizza was so good and flavorful.
