Today I was waiting to put my order, no one told me nothing. at least they could have said they could have given 5 minutes or something, they didn't say a word. what makes it no better looks like how business was there today and this is the kind of customer service they give even with the higher ones above there. shaking my head, I will no longer come to this place. I went next to the churches huh and it was also good. better popeyes
I lived across the street for some years now and every time I come to this location, they never messed up on my order and always give me my food fresh ?
I ordered food not realizing I didnt have enough money. When I told the cashier she took a piece of chicken out the box and put it back on top of the stack of chicken already sitting there. I told her I wanted to keep the chicken and remove the side dish. She then, picked up the same piece of chicken and put it back in my ! box! Not to mention she doing all this by hand. Wearing gloves, but still with the covid 19 issues I was expecting a little more caution. Especially when she had just handled money.
Worst experience ever 2 25 22 3:15pm I ordered on the app not only did they only give me 4 pieces of chicken they forgot a biscuit and a side I asked for mild because it was for my kid they gave me spicy chicken after I told them it was spicy to make matters worse they accused me of stealing the food gave them the order to correct gave me my order get home order still missing food I have never experienced that before but will spend a dime at that location again
My last 2 visits to this location have been disappointing. I placed an online order, redeeming points. I chose to pick it up since I was on my lunch break. I pull up and jump out of the car. Door is locked, sign posted drive thru only. So, I wait 25 mins in line. Ask for a fresh chicken sandwhich and fries. Not the one that I ordered online 20 mins ago. Oh, yes ma'am we just cooked these, I asked what about the fries since it takes less than 10mins for them to go soggy. Of course, when I arrived at work, soggy fries. I even mentioned to the MOD manager on duty have the app adjusted for today. I wouldn't have placed the order if the app had said drive thru only.
