I ordered Off Doordash today at about 8pm, after getting home from a Mini Vacation we were whipped out and still hungry. So we got some food from one of your locations. Boy oh boy was that a Mistake, and i am Sorry i had to say mistake but you will understand why here shortly. So i ordered the food which was 1 half dozen biscuits, 1 bowl of chowder, 1 2 oz steak , with addons of Creamy Mash potatoes, Broccoli, Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Maine Lobster tail. A kids lobster tail with Broccoli, and a drink. We FAILED to get the biscuits, the Chowder, the Garlic Shrimp. Which let me stop and advise on this, we are a family of four, we just had a long weekend in galveston for our boys, who are Black Belts in Karate. They performed at Nationals Their martial arts. We got home today at about 7pm from being up since 5am. we were hungry but not overly hungry. My wife Wanted the Chowder with my younger son, My older son and me where going to split the Steak and He wanted the Shrimp and i the lobster tail. Of course the biscuits were for all. But sadly, My wife and younger son did not get the Chowder, My oldest did not get his Shrimp. And none of us got any biscuits, So i called the store to verify if the items were sent or what happen, The Im guessing Store Manager answered and she confirmed the order, put me on hold came back and goes, i see the side items you are talking about here, the Dasher failed to get them. I asked her in the future, please have an employee to ensure the dashers get all the food before they walk out, and in the same breathe advised her, im asking door dash for a Refund and i was going to tell her for the missing items but SHE HUNG UP. Now if this was a mistake she had my number, She would have called back, But nope Never called back. So i called DoorDash they refunded me the missing items and $20.00 Credit as well. Now let's get some Facts to go here, First we would have been fine with the Refund and made due and did a little SPlit second cooking to compensate. BUT, lets address the Reason why i am writing you this right now. The MERE Fact she hung up on me and did not bother To call me back. Now in the times we are in right now, There is NO Reason for any one to be rude etc. But this HERE Draws the line, over $100. Spent in order , Fees, Tips etc. Nope not going to sit back and go oh well. 100 bucks is 100 bucks, and the Fact the Manager hung up on me, the Fact the Dasher did not Do her JOB correct, there needs to be accountability.

Due to a storm the night before the power kept going off and back on but the staff did their best and we were able to order eventually. We were there to celebrate my son's birthday and had a very pleasant time. I've been going to this location for a good 30 years and it could use a little TLC and a deep cleaning, but overall we still love it and we go here at least once a month for lunch.
After placing my order with this location online I did not receive my order and reached out to the store. Spoke with the manager Cody Martinez , about my order not arriving I was not pleased with having to contact door dash as I did not to contract with them red lobster did. When sharing my concerns Mr. Martinez was dismissive and rude . After pointing out his lack of customer service by continuously cutting me off and he confirmed he did not care. He made other rude remarks like did not care don 't want to talk about it and lastly advised me to go online and figure it out when asked how I could get in contact with corporate. I go here often and this is not the service I normally receive I will not be back .
