Starbucks - Houston

Very rude worker. Not willing to help us out for an arts and crafts project by providing a few lids even though we spend hundreds of dollars here per MONTH. She said “no ma’am we need our lids” as if they do not waste lids all the time.Afterwards, we went to the other Starbucks down the street and they give us several with a big smile on their face. I will NEVER be spending my money at the Kroger’s Starbucks again.

Starbucks inside the River oaks Kroger. There is an employee name Kamronn that I met today and she was very nice! Even though my order was pretty standard she really paid attention and asked me for different options on syrups and milk of I'd like to customize. Really appreciated that helpfulness :

Kind and quick service. Staff super polite to me and other guests. I had a chance to meet security and Kroger staff during their lunch break. Pretty cool. One table was available Sept 2021.

What a great team that works here today i was serviced by Denisedris, Kamronn they excellent service had some rude customers i witnessed and they handled it with the upmost attentive listening and attentiveness I am highly recommending Starbucks in Kroger on Graying Houston, TX. I got really good service here today. They said hi to me when I was in line and they were attentive to my order. They were smiling and interacting with everyone and they really made my morning. It wasn't fake niceness either, they were both genuine and warm people. It may sound like a little thing, but it's really refreshing to see people with a good attitude treating others well. Here is wishing them both all the success and joy.
