Feedback gevenWORST customer service and it is sad for them to make the drinks the way they do. Furqan I believed was his name, made the absolute worst iced coffees I've ever had. He knew he did, yet still got defensive even though he had no idea of what he was talking about. My ICED drink was HOT. I ordered a Venti Iced White Mocha with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. No whip. Extra caramel drizzle. I honestly can't even tell you what I got but it wasn't what I ordered. Super sketchy too, no receipt was ever given to me. I had just paid almost $20 for drinks that were atrocious. I go across the street to the best Starbucks, get the same drink and the difference was insane. So I went back and talked to another employee who said I could get a refund but didn't pay me back what I was charged and still no receipt. I was charged $17.28 refunded $10.83. This should not be allowed. Super unprofessional. Please avoid this Starbucks at all costs.
I’m a huge fan of Starbucks. After discovering how close I was to one near my hotel, we walked over. After being in the car for many hours, I didn’t mind. I was sad to find that this location was not serving Nitro Cold Brew, so I went with a sweeter alternative. Ordered 2 Grande Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brews with extra sweet cream. The drinks I got were very bittersweet, not very good and definitely made incorrectly. I recognize I went in near closing time, but they were gross. Had there been another barista, I’d have asked to have them remade. But I didn’t want the same drink experience twice. Thankfully I got some sugar and cream from my hotel afterwards to make it taste much better.
They need more help and more training them to me a melted frape with a lot of pepp cream on the bottom a a a little ice cream a charge whip cream at the tip everything I taste is whip cream then they pour out the rest of the ice coffee in the mixer, why she has not put in my cup, instead of all this whip cream I have never lost a sweet cream
Absolutely love this Target location but as for the Starbucks.. it definitely could improve in their customer service. I've received the worst service here. The lady Barista is the rudest person.
