Taco Bell - Houston

If I could, I would give them 0 stars! the personal closes here the early everyday and refuses to serve customers. when they are open, what is never, they confuse my order! They are sloppy, untranslated and rude. my man went to pick me up when I was sick (he was there 3 hours before they closed) and they refused to serve him, ignored him and played vulgar rap music over the loudspeaker to leave him. I will never order here again!

This taco bell does not make the food right. The taco shell was supposed to be hard-toasted and it was like a soft taco. Second the cheese was so light you couldn't tell they put any on the burritos

By far the worst experience I have ever had from a taco bell. Night manager ABSOLUTELY NEEDS TO BE FIRED! Got cursed out and he refused to give his name. They had excuse after excuse! First no card only cash then they limited what I could order. They WERE NOT BUSY AT ALL and had the audacity to push us away. They didn't give my order correct and we were so taken back from how rude they were that we didn't notice we were also missing our drinks. This taco bell needs some serious help. I will be calling corporate in the morning!!

Asked for a 5-layer burrito with easy sour cream and extra nacho cheese, a Cinnabon 2-Pack, a small water and a large mountain dew with no ice. Water was carbonated and tasted like it was the syrup they use to make the soda, and the burrito was not easy sour cream. Got a floppy and gooey tortilla and a water that was not drinkable.

Great service, good breakfast tacos for prices. Tried the bacon and sausage tacos on this visit.
