Erin and the rest of the staff here are all great. There’s a reason why I get coffee here over McDonald’s or anywhere else in town and it comes down to how I’m greeted here and how awesome the staff is. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The place was so dirty, and there was trash everywhere. But the worst part is the employees. Who hires these people? The employees are racist and culturally insensitive. I encountered racism from the employees, the counter person who happens to be the manager and another worker. When I called out their behaviors, one of them said, I am black, therefore, I can 't be racist. This was her exact words. When I explained her behavior was racist, she looked at me like I had three heads. I never got my apology but was asked to leave because people of my kind cannot go here. I happen to be Asian, by the way. I am sorry that I offended every worker in this place because of my race. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unprofessional and rude. Tried to call in a box of Joe for at least 20 min. because it takes time to brew. Didn’t answer phones after repeated attempts. Then they blocked my calls. I arrived only to be told they were out of boxes so I expressed how this could have been avoided if they answered their phones. I was told to go to Stewart’s. Next, I was verbally assaulted by an unkempt man behind the counter who said “we’re busy if you can’t tell” when telling the cashier I tried to call. He was beyond ignorant and rude. The Mgr, Tina was in a side room and heard the whole exchange but chose to not come out or address the issue. Will never go back there. The 3 men working behind the counter Friday afternoon were so unprofessional. They were yelling out obscenities to reach other and using the F and N word multiple times. The store was filthy with garbage all over, the bathrooms had paper and urine all over. When a customer asked for a frozen drink he was given major attitude and instead of explaining that the frozen machine was broken, they just told him, no he couldn 't have that drink. Just stood in line there for 10 minutes didn’t even get a good morning or we will be right with you nothing. Completely ignored. Then I left with buying anything and the female in sign had some kind of hand gestures going on. If I’m Hudson go to Stewart’s. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
