He arrived at 5:30 PM and didn’t leave until around 7:50 PM after his meal. While there were only a few people waiting in the lobby, it still took nearly an hour. Our server was very slow and seemed unfamiliar with the menu, unable to answer even basic questions about the dishes and beer selections. Requesting extra dressing, more napkins, or drink refills took an eternity. After finishing our salads, we waited an additional 45 minutes for our entrées. When my burger finally arrived, it was still bright red inside! The manager kindly brought out a replacement burger, but by then, it was too late—my meal was starting to cool, and I had to take it home instead. Imagine driving home for over two hours, starving! It was such a disappointing experience to end up sitting in my kitchen on a Friday night eating a burger. I urge everyone to spread the word and save yourselves and your friends from this awful place.
