Jersey Mike's Subs - Hudson

Food was fine, however they sent us the wrong order

Gave us someone else's order, took a long time to get here even though we ordered it ahead of time for a specific time period

I'm wasn't a big fan of sub chains...until I had the large Italian from Jersey Mikes.It was perfect...absolutely delicious.

Ordered online and they never follow the requests. They put so much oil on my wrap it was a huge puddle and the wrap was mushy. I also had to throw my sons sub away as they put everything on it including oil even though I request nothing but the meat and cheese. I had to throw his away because he would not touch it. Too much money waisted at this location as this was not my first time having to throw my subs away. Who teaches these kids to cut a wrap this way too, everything falls out....

The restaurant is fine. Your service is horrible. Order shows up an hour late with a driver that speaks zero English.
