Jersey Mike's Subs - Hugo

Ordered an italian and got a ham and turkey with bacon. Ordered the chicken kahuna but got a steak one but i said that was fine since she was already cooking it. I asked for no jalapeños and lettuce and mayo and got the jalapeños and tomatoes. Seemed like a complete S show back there and everyone seemed pissy. Was a terrible experience and its a shame cause the food is good.

Been to this location about 50 times over the last two years and the same female manager is rude and unhelpful. She has zero patience and zero customer service skills. She snaps at customers and walks away after being rude. She lacks every skill a manager should have. The food is great and the other employees have been outstanding. I see other reviews on here and I'm sure they're about the same person. Please get it right for the customers.

So FRESH! Excellent sandwiches. Definitely more fillings than bread. So very very good. Clean facility, it sparkles it is so clean.

Wonderful customer service and even with a long line very quick and friendly.

Been to this location 3 times all 3 they have gotten my order wrong. Tonight ordered a white wrap with no tomato gave me wheat after remaking. Can't eat it due to food
