Hartz Chicken Buffet - Humble

The first detail is walking in and noticing how hot/muggy the building is from the lack of A/C, and they have to use big shop fans to keep the place somewhat coolFood was ok,but I really didn't enjoy it personally, Mac Cheese seemed underseasoned, mashed potatoes and gravy was excellent, chicken tenders were better than the fried chicken itself, wings were dry and look like they were just reheated recently, ice cream wasn't working either which was a bummerOverall,this Hartz was disappointing to me compared to the location in PasadenaParking: Big lot and plenty of space availableWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp into the entrance of the building

Liver and gizzards just nasty..you could tell they don't clean the oil in their fryers..made us sick after eating..will never

I'm upset due to how the quality has gone downhill over the last few years. Service was always great with food fresh. Yes location is older but they always took care of their customers. Lately we've gotten just bad food, if we are ordering $70 for to go I would expect it to be good. Instead lately we get barely anything edible. My kids wouldn't even touch the macaroni it was burnt and old. The wings looked like they had been thawed and re-frozen by the way they looked, especially bc we asked for xrta wet(and yes we always say we are OK with charge for sauce) so I'm just highly disappointed and most food went into trash. The tenders and rolls were the only thing that looked fresh and edible.

Place is run down and the AC is not working so inside is extremely hot and muggy. Other than that the food was good. Please fix the AC.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE the young man (sorry I didn't get his name) is always pleasant and smiling.
