Pizza Hut - Humble

Placed a order online for delivery even tipping a driver before hand. I called the store to make sure that it was a delivery and to confirm my address because the website only listed my zip code. I was told on the phone that yes they had the address. I then waited over 40 minutes before calling the store. I was told that they had my order in the system as a carryout. I aske them if it was a carry out why did they ask for a tip? they said it goes to the cooks. I then stated that I called earlier and asked to make the order was correct. They said it was my fault that I placed the order wrong. I then asked them to refund my order which the person rudely said that they would and they then hung up on me. I would not order from this place ever again, the service is rude and they blame you if something is messed up. there are far better places to order from like Dominoes or Marcos.

Not a good experience.had pasta and pizza both were bad and had no taste ,and pasta had some liquid coming out. Threw all of it... Bad bad bad bad experience....

Worst Pizza Hut in Houston! Sorry customer service and rude manager who refused to give her name. Had a 30.00 credit for a cold pizza but they refuse to honor it. When I asked her name she stormed off. Other employees who have no backbone wouldn’t give it either. Don’t go here

This store ran out of the Monserella sticks and did not include in my delivery even though I paid for them. I called to tell them I was missing an item. They promised to send the item then called me to notify that they ran out of the Monserella stick. They offered me credit. But called me to tell me they ran out of the item I really wanted. I guess they tried. Hope the credit does show up upon the next order.$15.

One of the worst Pizza Hut locations I’ve dealt with every time place an order online for pickup is never ready have to wait another 10-15min last order was given to random customer by mistake and when spoke to manager Tina was very rude didn’t even apologize was very unprofessional will probably never order from that
