Starbucks - Huntington Beach

They get my drink right about half the time. If I bring it back I get attitude from not one but 2 people like I'm making it up. So sick of incompetency. Seriously, it's a coffee drink not brain surgery people,!!! Don't they send you guys to Starbucks College anymore?

Came here on a rainy day and as a walk up (they do not have an inside area), the customer service started off sub par, but the drive thru had at least 7 cars waiting and three walk ins, including myself, so I cut her some slack. I hope the staff was not discriminating against me, as a person of color, but they served the entire drive thru line and all the walk ins, including an older White gentleman that came in AFTER me.I waited about a minute before I realized the parking lot was empty and all the other walk ins had left. I approached the window soaking wet and when the girl noticed me, she shouted across the room can I help you? at which point I merely replied, my drinks? to which she looked at her coworker almost in confusion (I was red in the face), after this they made my drink and it was ready less than 2 minutes.TLDR; received terrible customer service and drive thru preferred for this location

Isabel was fantastic! She had positive energy and was eager to help. She provided great recommendations and went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. It's because of Isabell that makes us want to come back to this Starbucks location!

Such a wonderful starbucks location! Drinks are always made with so much care and love! If anything's wrong with your drink or food they are happy to fix it for you! I love this location!

This little drive thru located on brookhurst and Adams ave in Huntington Beach is small. They do not offer indoor seating.
