I was so disappointed in our meal's this evening! They must have lost their chef. Bearnaise sauce is not supposed to taste like vinegar, the creamed spinach was milky/watery, and tasteless. The lobster was served upside down!!! Over cooked and rubbery, had risotto that was mush and tasteless. What a waste of money and time!! The food was delicious! I have to say I've eaten at many ” nice” restaurants including all the restaurants at the Greenbrier and the filet here was the absolute best! Cooked to perfection with amazing flavor. Their spring zucchini salad was to die for as well.
First I would recommend coming here once if only to stroll inside the lobby of what was once a grand hotel and checkout all the architecture and design of the interior of this place. It's a walk back in time to another era and Huntington should be proud to have been able to sustain such a piece of its history. Now onto the food. The food is very good. I have taken my family here on two occasions. Both were great experiences. The ambiance is handsome and the steaks amazing.
