Ichiz - Huntington

The food is fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of authentic Japanese cuisine. The owner is great and truly dedicated to his restaurant.

I had the pleasure of dining here for the first time last week, and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it! The sakitinis were absolutely delightful! My husband and I sampled eight different types of dumplings, and each one was better than the last. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of the menu! I give it five stars across the board—I just wish I had discovered this hidden gem sooner!

The ambiance and decor are fantastic. While the menu may seem overwhelming, the food is tasty and of excellent quality.

This is an excellent spot for a date night, and I can't wait to return. The food was so delicious that I forgot to take any photos before we finished! They offer a wide variety of dumplings, which are half-moon-shaped and beautifully presented on a flat plate with dipping sauce. We tried the beef curry dumplings and the artichoke-spinach dumplings. The flavors were delicate and perfectly balanced, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. We also had a seaweed salad and a special sushi roll, both of which were impressive, but the dumplings truly stole the show. For dessert, we indulged in fried pear dumplings with a wine sauce. They were just right in flavor and texture—not overly sweet, with a wonderful combination of crispy and caramelized outside and soft dough inside. I would definitely come back just for dessert and drinks!

I absolutely love Ichiz! They offer a variety of intriguing and delicious drinks, along with a wide selection of creative dumplings. The menu is extensive, the decor is modern, and the lively music adds to the vibrant atmosphere. The service is excellent as well. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Huntington. There’s also a back entrance and a lovely terrace that overlooks the parking lot, making it a great spot for a date or even just to enjoy a meal by yourself.
