Mcalister's Deli - Huntsville

I had no high hopes for this place, but I was pleasantly surprised. You can get a huge baked potato; just ask for a veggie potato without butter and no red cheese sauce. Mine was a bit crispy on the outside, but it was good. You can also get the veggie chili; it is marked as vegetarian, but it is vegan. Some people have said you can have a veggie sandwich without the Mayo and such, but if you do it, are careful. The 9-gras bread and the pulp rolls contain honey. Check their website for Allergen Info and Zutatlisten. They also have some vegan sides: sea salt boiler chips, fruit, apples, tomatoes and cucumber salad.

My current experience at mcalisters was very disappointing, not only for me, but also for the other customers who wanted to eat there today. they turned away customers and told them that the orders would last 30 minutes, the maid scratched their haare constantly and the servers were falling objects and disorganized. my sandwich was under repaired, and my chips were left out of the pocket. please do them better to make sure that their restaurant is sufficient staff during the busy lunch hours.

The food is great. We haven't had anything we didn't like. Employees are friendly and very helpful.

Good sandwich and salad. I loved the strawberry lemonade, wasn't too sweet or sour just right with tbe equal balance of both. Friendly staff
