Suka Ramen - Hurricane

Pretty sad. I can make better ramen at home tbh. They ran out of ingredients (which has happened twice- 2 different occasions) for the ramen. I mean, who runs out of CORN?? The poke bowl was super bland and sad as well. Literally nothing but bland white rice (no vinegar-sugary sushi rice) and sashimi. We also ordered fried rice and the curry. The curry was pretty gross. I didn't try the fried rice but my friend said it was bland but edible. ‍ I'm really sad about having to leave such a poor review but after 3 trips, 3 attempts, I DEFINITELY will not be back.

This was my first ordering delivery experience from Suka Ramen Express, and everything was really good. We tried a couple apps I appreciate that the crab rangoon is more savory and not overstuffed with cream cheese or sweet. The gyoza wrappers were really delicate, and at first I thought they were stingy with the dipping sauce, but they really didn't need it. We got the hibachi chicken and shrimp, and the veggies were all really well cooked. One thing I appreciate is that the menu is really descriptive, especially with ingredients because I don't like cream cheese in my sushi rolls, so I knew what not to order instead of being unpleasantly surprised.

The closest authentic Japanese food we've found in WV. The atmosphere is a little odd, though, sometimes without music, only bottled drinks, and with stuff lying around. But the food is ALWAYS good if you like authentic Japanese (ramen).
