Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hutto

!!!Vegetarians, beware of Chipotle! I wish I could rate this restaurant zero stars. It's the worst and dirtiest Chipotle outlet I've ever encountered. During my takeout order of a veggie rice bowl, I discovered a piece of meat in it. As a vegetarian, this is unacceptable. I kindly request that Chipotle cease selling vegetarian and vegan options if they cannot maintain their standards. This experience was very disappointing. I have resolved to never step foot in a Chipotle outlet again, and I will ensure that neither my relatives nor my vegan friends patronize your establishment in the future.

Most incompetent workers I've ever come across, multiple times. Put the wrong label on my order, yet the order was still the general idea of what I ordered, minus the flour tortillas for my tacos. What the hell are these workers doing/thinking? Will not be back

I LOVE Chipotle I am one of those go everyday customers. I was so excited to see a Chipotle was being built near me, but the location sucks. I’ve given them three chances and it’s not like any other Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The beans were cold, small portions even when I asked for extra rice, horrible customer service….it just didn’t give me the razzle dazzle that Chipotle gives me. Extremely disappointing. They need to fire everyone and start over with a real crew who will correct the issues at this location if not, I think it’ll just end up closing. For now, I’ll continue driving to the Georgetown and Metric locations (extremely far from my house).

Went there Monday around 2pm and it was one customer sitting down eating. I stood at the counter for 5 mins, no one said a word to me or acknowledged I was waiting lol I don’t expect 5 star service but damn. Guess I need to go when it’s busy.

I started being charged for getting “sides” of toppings vs on the bowl. The small containers. They charge me $1.60 which is the price of the larger side ? no other store does this and it seems to be the same employee each times that tends to charge this fee. I get a side of mild salsa for myself and my husband gets a side of corn and mild for his bowl. They told me that when it’s 3+ sides, they charge the $1.60. I even rang the entrees up separately and was still charged. What is the difference between getting it on the bowl vs on the side? No worries though, I sent a complaint in to the customer support team and will continue to follow up until it’s resolved. I had called and attempted to speak with someone before I reached out to customer support but alas, nobody answered. I mean if you’re going to charge me, at least fill up the containers?? Very annoying.
