Wendy's - Idaho Falls

I went through the drive-through at this location and the stupid chick running it made fun of my bald head. I have a condition; not everyone can grow hair. I would love to talk to corporate about this

Only gave me about half an order's worth of fries both times I've been. The last time I went they also put so much ice in my soda there was barely any soda! I thought it was a fluke or mistake with the fries the first time but then it happened again.

Dining room was locked so when we received only half of our order, we had to go back thru the drive thru which was busy. They did compensate us for the inconvenience. Their chili is bomb.

I felt this Wendy’s was good. The food was hot and the fries were fresh. I’m a big fan of Wendy’s to begin with. The service was nice. I usually order on the app and I typically order a biggie bag because I feel it is the perfect amount of food for a good price. I can’t complain about it. It’s a Wendy’s and it lives up to that expectation.

Pleasant cashier. Drive thru went relatively quickly. My kids loved the kids meal and toy. I wish the signage was a bit better to get to the drive thru. I initially went the way though I thought it was logical but it ended up being a dead end. This store also has seating open which is nice to know for next time.
