What’s not good?! Did their cookie dough concrete . Kids had ice cream cones. They loved it!

Was very disappointed with the exterior service tonight. The two girls working these windows need additional training. One worked here last year but if people outside order food, shouldn't she ask them to step aside so she can continue to serve others wanting ice cream. These girls took food orders then never came back to the windows until these orders were fulfilled. 2 Girls working inside counter were putting out orders left and right so everyone outside was going inside. A Belleville staple. Fantastic ice cream and sandwiches!!!!

Loved this place when I lived down the street. Would always walk my dog there and get her a Scooby snack ice cream while I had whatever. Usually a concrete of some sort. Prices are really good and the staff is always friendly as well. Will miss this place as I live in st Louis now but hopefully when I visit in the warm months they'll always be around because I'll sure be looking.

BEST food and ice cream! I've been coming to White Cottage for more than 30 years, and it remains my favorite!
