A great concept food from the locality and, depending on the season, much of it gathered from the wild mushrooms, herbs). We found the menu well put together, well prepared and presented. The dishes were certainly ample unlike the opinion of the terrible reviewer). The house wine was good and included in the fixed price €30 per head very reasonable for an Imperia restaurant). Service father and son team) very attentive. We shall return.
It was a Saturday night and a five course set menu. The plate of antipasti for the first course contained about nine stunning examples of delicious Italian flavours. It was the start of the truffle and mushroon season. A succession of interesting and delicious dishes ensued. The service was charming and efficient. The setting was very pleasant and every client appeared to enjoy their experience down to the limoncello and blueberry grappa! The bill was so reasonable that we left feeling guilty that we had not paid more!
Finding a typical mountain restaurant at the sea has something special. fantastic carousel of appetizers, among many types of mushrooms, eggs, truffles and other good things. add two first, a second (last time a rabbit melted in the mouth,) wine, sweet, plus a vast assortment of liqueurs ever tried the arciebuse?! add impeccable service and full of spirit, a very welcoming place and a very good cook, and becomes a lovely experience. We will always be very happy, thank you fern and michele!
