Today we drove from Coronado Island to downtown San Diego, and on the way it was time for lunch. We found this little hidden jewel. Food and service were great.

Wife and I ordered the chicken quesadilla and a few beers while we waited for our car to be fixed on the jiffy lube over the street. We were super surprised how good it was! Great taste and about $15/20 overall. Food was $13 and $2/3 for every beer.

The fish taco was heavenly. Perfect broken fish and brown lime sauce. Big portions. Fresh food. even a bit too hot (tempurature). Very friendly service.

Had a fish fillet that tasted old and for $20 I got two small pieces of fish that maybe weighed 1/3 of a pound. It was just awful. This place used to have good fish tacos, but seems they?re cutting on food costs or something. This was my last time I ever eat anything from here.
