Hibachi Japanese Steak House

Dined in with a party of 4. We were seated immediately, got our drinks and gave our orders. 20 minutes later they decided to add 4 more people to our table. Took over 25 minutes for them to order so it’s now been 45 minutes and we still have not eaten a thing. No salad or soup. We approached a manager and they offered to take our drinks off our tab. Mind you another group had walked in and were eating by time we got our salads. Cook comes out as we received our salads… The cook was absolutely phenomenal and made us happy!!! Received our checks with every drink on them and no discount what so ever. Highly highly dissatisfied. We will not be returning.

Literally the absolute worst service i have ever had. we were seated at 7:40, ordered our drinks and meals. at 8, they seated another four guests at our table, whatever no big deal. they ordered their drinks and food. a table of 7 was seated next to us 10 minutes later. at 815 that table received their soup and salad, we still haven’t. by 820, their chef was there. someone at my table went upfront to speak to someone, they looked at us and walked away. we went up front a second time, it is now 825 and we our finally just getting our salads. the woman apologized and guaranteed a round of drinks would be given to us. on a positive note, our chef was PHENOMENAL, and made a bad experience much better. by the time our bills came, no drinks were taken off our tabs, and no discount was added. if i could, i would give 0 stars.10/10 WOULD NOT recommend. will never be back

Went here for a late dinner, service was excellent. Our orders were not correct but they fixed them right away with no hassle.Food is always good, we did not sit at the grill by choice so we got all of our food at the same time instead of watching them cook it. Always a great value for your money, I ate this for lunch for the next 2 days :

Our experience at this restaurant was terrible. We were seated at about 4:15. Our first server didn’t come with our drinks until 4:45 and then she spilled them all over the table and floor. She then left and never came back. Another server came 10 or so minutes later and took our drink order for the drinks that had spilled. We didn’t get our drinks from the bar until 5:15, so an hour after we sat down. Our appetizers that we ordered with the first server didn’t come until after the chef was already cooking our meals. We asked about our appetizers and the new server said they only have one person who does apps. However, we saw multiple tables that came and ordered after us get their apps long before us. The chef was the only good part of our dinner. We had to ask for things multiple times before our server came with them. We were there almost three hours. We asked our server at the end if we could talk to the manager and she was telling us how the time we spent there was part of the experience and how it usually takes this long. I told her it does not take an hour to get a drink and she said it usually does. I don’t think anyone would go there if they had to wait an hour just for a drink. We asked to speak to the manager and she said she would get her but the manager never came. This restaurant is poorly managed and should probably train servers on appropriate times for delivering drinks and appetizers. In addition, the floor and surrounding areas of our table were also disgusting like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. It was gross. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

One star is more than they deserve. We made a reservation tonight to celebrate 2 of my daughter's birthdays. Our cook was rather boring (in comparison to the other tables cook). But that was the least of our concern. Out of the 8 people at out table, not 1 ate their food nor took it to go. The rice was still hard the teriyaki chicken was dry and flavorless. They did however take $20 off of the $100 bill for the 4 of us. But $80 is a lot of money to donate to an establishment in exchange for all of us now feeling like we are going to throw up. I do NOT recommend, we will NEVER return!
