Chiptole - Indiana

I recently began dining at Chipotle, and I understand the excitement surrounding it. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was clean and not crowded, and the staff were quick and courteous. I rated it 4 out of 5 because it is on the pricey side.

Today, I noticed that my Queensadilla was missing several ingredients, and the veggie bowl was prepared messily. I understand that the staff can get busy when there are many orders and things are rushed, but I still expected a more complete meal. It was disappointing.

Kenny is the only person here who knows how to properly wrap a burrito. In the past, my companions and I would always appreciate how well it was done, but now, if I order one, there's no effort put into wrapping it at all. As soon as I unwrap it, it falls apart completely, making it impossible to eat as a handheld meal. Please train your staff on how to wrap a burrito correctly.
