Applebee's Grill And Castleton

We are a family of regulars. My mother had heart surgery nearby so we decided to grab a bite to eat here. It was 5 o'clock on a Monday night. Our server, who I believe was the manager, was extremely pleasant and hardworking. Thank you, sir, for making us feel right at home. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially considering it was only one person who seemed to be working in a different role than just a cook. You really excel at your job, sir!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I was coming from work and decided to stop by. Our waitress was fantastic, very attentive and the funniest waitress I've ever encountered. The food was hot and fresh, and delivered to us promptly. We had a party of 6 and all of our meals arrived on time.

I love dining at this restaurant. The staff is attentive, patient, and friendly. It's best to avoid peak times if you expect everything to be perfect, as the servers are only human. The food is delicious and I have never had any issues with the service. The ribs, burgers, wine tacos, and mozzarella sticks are some of my favorites. Overall, the staff is sweet and I highly recommend this place.

We arrived on Sunday afternoon at 13 o'clock. we waited about 20 minutes. No one has greeted us or set us. several customers are on the move while I was there. this location is so under personal. if they want to stay in business. they should change that they are a business strategy.

Mona is rude she gave the worst service on 6/8. We walked in at 9pm I told her party of 8 she said it would be a hour wait with every table in the restaurant empty except 10 tables maybe.. I told her we would wait she walked away came back and said if you wait a hour we close at 11 you won't be able to eat. She turned away every family that walked in the door. They could not seat the. Mona is rude and needs a lesson on customer service just on her attitude alone we will not come to Applebee's in castleton again. Get your attitude together Mona customers and business is how you get raises
