Watami Sushi - Indianapolis

I have been to H2O Sushi several times, and that is a big deal since I am not partial to sushi. Their salad is excellent. If you like salad at all, they have got one of the best salads I've ever had at a restaurant. Their miso soup is also outstanding. It is not one of the instant mixes. And, I feel comfortable eating sushi at H2O because I know that it is fresh (everything is fresh! .

The sushi was great! It was extremely fresh and the diversity of different and unique rolls were delicious. Great spot to take a girlfriend! Overall, I was happy with the service and food! I will definitely be back soon!!

I would like to know what the big fuss is about. H2O has interesting decor and is clean but that’s about it. I have been there multiple times. Each time hoping that the food will be better. But each time was disappointed. The restaurant has a cold feel, probably due to all the concrete. The food is between poor and fair. But when I see black sesame seeds floating around in my miso soup like dead ants, I know I am in a place that has not a minute understanding of Japanese food. If I drop $35.00 or so for food I would like to feel decently satisfied.
