Food is good but they forgot about my order and didn't ask me until I brought it up when most of my party was about to be done eating

Staff with Poor attitudes, website price is not match with store price. He said that we haven’t updated it for a long time. OMG.

Their menu on Google maps mentions vegetable broth pho but this is a chain restaurant and the city of industry branch does not have vegetable broth. I think a different pho restaurant down the street in Rowland has vegetable broth pho. I’ll try that place next time. Food here is decent as expected, my friend says the beef is not as well made as BMC pho, the 300+ reviews are earned from several branch restaurants rather than a single location. So be vigilant.

I had a fried tofu banh mi. it came with jalapeños and cilantro, which i like. employees were friendly. thank you
