Popped into this place randomly for lunch after a google for food near me. The family who runs the restaurant all works there and we were greeted sweetly on the way in and out. The fried chicken was GREAT. Seved hot, crispy, and flavorful. Sweet yams and savory Mac. Great tasting greens. All around a great service and great meal.

I was really in the mood for some good soul food today but it just seems hard to find around here. The good: good service, and I?d give the catfish a 4 to be nice, also liked the dressing. Mac is edible but nothing special. The bad: rice and gravy is trash, absolutely horrible. Bland and waterlogged like they didn?t drain the rice water. Cornbread also very bad, dry, hard and not edible. Shed a tear throwing out the cornbread ???? The

Very tasty. So busy, they need more servers. Mississippi style Soul food. Obama soft drink is very good also.

Overpriced. Also, some of the food they sold are too salty while others are too bland.

My wife had ox tails sweet potatoes rice and gravy.
