Subway - Inver Grove Heights

Dont buy their prepackaged cookies. This morning we bought one cause we wanted their s'more cookies. Come to find out this evening when we finally wanted to enjoy a cookie that first there were only 10 cookies in the packages eventhough though we paidfor 12. Second when we started picking through the packages there were only 4 s'more cookies in it and the other 6 were whitechocolate cookies that we didn't see cause of the way they had the s'more cookies placed covering them. Complete dishonest.

Only wheat or white bread available. 1 employee working who didn't know how to make anything. No tomatoes. No rib sandwich like advertised. Employee served at least 4 customers with the same pair of disposable gloves. Dirty tables. Shame on you Subway. Very disappointed. Will not stop here again. Completely dissatisfied.

The restaurant is currently closed due to being short-staffed. It's unfortunate, especially since there aren't many other dining options available. At 9:30 PM on Thursday, even Pilot didn't have any hot food available.

The service was excellent! There was one woman handling everything by herself, but she managed it all with a smile. The triple cheese steak was absolutely fantastic!

The young woman who assisted me was fantastic. She was handling everything on her own, even while three other people called in. I truly believe she deserves a raise! My sandwich was also excellent!
