Always looking for a big pizza in Florida and the pictures here looked great. The place was empty when we arrived, which was a little suspect, but quickly became more busy when we were there. Everything was great even though I wasn't a big fan of the Chicken Venetian Pizza. My wife loved it, but I'm more traditional. The eggplant parm was plentiful and tasty. Her sauce was right. We look forward to returning!
Beautiful ambience, music and atmosphere, but very small area food is a hit or miss. Homemade bread sticks were very over knees, so they were hard to chew. The pizza was really thin crust and very fresh tasting. We have the Margherita Pizza. I definitely recommend it. 1 waitress works and seemed overwhelmed to forget our salad until we were asked for the pizza. Salad was very fresh and looked really good.
I've heard about this place and I have time for lunch today. Beautiful atmosphere, clean, seat inside, good choice on the menu. Unlike adventurous! My waitress Cassie was so friendly and helpful. I had the Chicken Pesto Pressed Paninis and Chicken Tortellini Salad. It was great! Can't wait to try the pizza. Update 3/27/19: The pizza is great! My son wants it every time we're in the area. I still want the dough recipe. Lol.
Lunch here and had the shrimps Mediterranean handcrafted pizza and it was delicious! We went to a late lunch and the place was not busy as it took a while until the food came out, I wondered what the stop was, but it was clear that the pizza was hot and fresh out of the oven and worth 100% waiting! Will definitely go back here when we are in town to visit family again!
Situated in the shadow of the historic Citrus County Courthouse is a little gem of a restaurant called Motor City Pasta Co. The atmosphere is family friendly, service is excellent and the food is OUTSTANDING!!! We stopped by in the evening for a for Bob and dessert for me. I had the best amaretto cheesecake on the planet. Joe Romano, the owner, came over to welcome us. His family has been in the restaurant business since 1946, beginning with pizzarias in Detroit. Joe is the grandson of Papa Gennero who trained his family not only how to make fabulous food but he also instilled in them great pride in their culinary heritage. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes ranging from tapas to fresh fish, pasta and pizza. This is no ordinary place to eat. It's a little slice of heaven. We want to thank our delightful server, Danielle for looking after us so well. Thanks for such a memorable dining experience.
