I had a meeting downtown CR and the KETO Kitchen catered I ordered the Burrito Bowl and it was incredible!!! Tons of flavor and a healthy option I wanted for lunch! You found a new favorite customer!Dietary restrictions: I wanted a gluten free Keto lunch! That tastes amazing!

The service is absolutely amazing! I'm vegan and asked about options and they were extremely accommodating. They even went out of their way to make a dairy free smoothie for me. The smoothie, brussel sprouts, and broccoli bake were all insanely good. Trust me, you have to try it!Vegetarian options: Changes were made to a few menu items to make them vegan. 10/10 recommend!Dietary restrictions: All food items are gluten free

I had a great experience with this restaurant and didn't even set foot through the door. Service was extremely good per my mom who was there and with my experience on the phone with the owner, and the food was perfectly tailored to my needs so I was already happy. Then the food came and I tried it and WOW WOW it was so delicious. The salmon was cooked to perfection (if you know you know salmon has to be done right) and the burrito bowl was also good and had some really delicious guacamole on top. I used to make my own fat bombs, but it was time consuming and I never added cocoa powder so these are definitely a leveled up, time saving version of my own. I will definitely be going back and would recommend anyone to try this place out, whether you are keto or not. :)Dietary restrictions: My mom went and had some questions about whether the food could be tailored to my diet. The owner was so friendly and accommodating, he made sure everything was made dairy free for me, and even got on the phone with me and talked me through various aspects of the menu.

It’s really nice to go to a restaurant that caters to a lot of you and your families dietary needs. We tried it out and we were blown away. The food is delicious, you know exactly what’s in it and it’s filling. The guy running it is so kind and wrote the entire menu so if you have questions, he’s available with the information. Overall outstanding and will be back many times!

Owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming! I ordered the salmon salad it was amazing! No dressing needed! 10/10 recommend :
