The staff was friendly and helpful. all our meals were good. beautiful chips! our meals came out pretty fast. the only thing that was not so good was our desserts. the chocolate sauce for the churros was not casual. the sticky date pudding was quite bland with hardly date details and had very runny sauce.

The food was over boiled and I got frozen vegetables not fresh, my sonny burger was so dry. very disappointing and will not go back. mentioned to the personal, but did not seem really interested in my feed back

I never have to take back in my life food and ask for a refund. the meal was cold and simply not nice. the staff was rather rude when I took my teller back. they had to order online and pay for what was not a problem, but it asked if they would like to give a 5% 10% 20% top or no top. how to ask for a tipp before they have received a service or food. very disappointing

I had made a reservation for Dinner for Friday Night. It was busy but I would have thought that they would have had adequate kitchen staff to cope with the amount of people they had to serve. It happened the last time I ate there but I thought I would give them a second chance and try again. I was there at 6.30 and our food never came till just after 8.15. Too long to wait when your hungry and just looking to eat a nice meal with your family. Two of the meals were very nice and although the third was edible it had variety of temperatures when it all should have been hot.
