The member of staff who brought me my food over was very friendly. And was super polite

Ordered the basic of basic fast food item (sausage and egg Mc'muffin) via the app. Arrived and queued in the drive thru for 5 minutes. Waited at collection window for a further 6 minutes with ZERO communication from staff. Eventually received food....warm(ish).

Edit May 2024. They may have revamped the building but the staff and service have gone down. Take away only? That doesn't make sense? Then 10 mins for 2 McFlurry ice creams? Will not be rushing back to this one for sure. It's McDonald's.... Quick and easy, tastes nice etc. Used the app to order ahead, parked up and it was bought out to me, lovely job and so easy.

Always order from Uber eats and they never include any sauces or syrups that are part of the meal. Young manager said it doesn’t show up on the order receipts. Can we use some common sense though and assume people don’t want dry pancakes

Ordered it as a treat for my grandchildren’s lunch today (4/4/24). Decided on the drive through because of an Autistic grandson aged 4. As we drove away something was nagging me to check we had it all!! Of course once we got home the previously mentioned grandsons food was missing!! Too late to go back into cardinal park so the other children had to sacrifice their meals to help him out. I checked on the bag and I was charged for the full order.
