California Pizza Kitchen At Irvine Spectrum

My fourth time here now and four times I won't wait right for ever to try to get some bread that never comes, and the servers are standing around talking and laughing together instead of helping you.... Really great to spend $80? and no customers and could still not eat properly I asked well made on the meat came barely boiled...

Definite disappointment for my last super small pizza order. For this price I expected at least 16 inch size pizza. I also expect more quality standards for food and service. The only good in this place is the pizza was edible. Ultimately, I believe that they do not really show respect and value for pickup order customers as they do for Dine-in customers.

The worst service ever. It's never been so despised that I'm going to a restaurant. We have long waited, you would usually wait until you come food, the two people before us have food there first and never get a complementary bread waiting during my time. Felt, as if we were razing, not cool.

One of the best . The staff is nice and friendly. We always eat here when we're around Santa Monica.

They made a mistake on my order, but MANAGER SARENIA was AMAZING. she was so nice she was polite, fixed the issue, and invited me to come back. She even offered me a free meal. She's needs to be recognized. She's just amazing. I will definitely be back.
