Chipotle Mexican Grill - Irvine

The workers at this place are terrible at their job. I rarely get my burrito rolling tight enough and missing items several times for mobile ordering. the thing is, when I report missing items instead of reimbursing myself, they gave me a voucher on the object and the time is limited. I love eating chipotle, but sucking everything else

I visited many chipotle around US. No chipotle knows how to make good Guac (I know it is not rocket science but most of the chipotle miss out the right amount of lime,cilantro and salt) than this chipotle. Friendly staff, good vibes as UCI is nearby.

Smallest portions at any Chipotle I’ve visited, closed 30 minutes early with no explanation, constantly out of at least one staple product, and some of the most consistentlygrumpy employees I’ve come across. Go elsewhere, there are many other restaurants in the area.

Tried Chipotle for the first time on 5/20 and my friend mobile ordered for me with her stuff. I ordered a burrito bowl but what I got was a 99% empty bowl with scraps of lettuce (maybe 20 strips total 25 grains of rice, and a few pieces of chicken. Didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl all the way but still paid full price. Safe to say Im never eating here again I was too shocked to take a picture of the sorry excuse of a bowl 10/10 would not recommend

Overall great but somehow portions are always smaller compared to other chipotle’s, would rather drive 5 minutes more and go to the one in newport bluffs and get the standard portion in the bowl
