Flame Broiler - Irvine

I am extremely disappointed! We placed an order through Grubhub tonight for 1 chicken dish and 2 half shells. It was clear on my order. Our driver asked the restaurant multiple times about the missing items, but they insisted it was just a bowl. They refused to give him anything else. So we ended up apologizing for receiving just 1 bowl. This is ridiculous! We will never dine here again. I understand they close at 6:30, but I placed my order at 5:45 and our driver was on his way to our place shortly after 6. This is unacceptable!

I really enjoyed this restaurant, but the spicy chicken dish was too hot for me. I should have asked about the spice level beforehand, as my mouth was on fire. The dish had a delicious grilled flavor. I look forward to returning and trying something different next time.

Zero stars, they broke a rule. They need to update their POS system to accept electronic payments. Not recommended.

This is a lunch time busy location as it is surrounded by corporate buildings. I could tell they were used to the high volume lunch crowd as they all worked fast and they got my order right the first time. I've always been a fan of Flame Broiler and this location does not disappoint.

I went around 1:30-2 on a Thursday and it looked pretty bisy but i got my order quicker than i expected and it was great
