Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee - Irvine

My wife and I have been frequent visitors to this cafe over the last 2 years. We have been impressed time and time again with the quality of coffee and the enthusiastic service. There are two individuals that truly provide service straight from their hearts, namely Leticia and John. It is also important to note that we are not easy to please. My wife and I, we both have very high expectations. If we can be pleased, there is a good chance you will too I am alatte drinker. It is only a few years ago that I discovered a dirty secret about Starbucks their venti (large) latte has only 2 (two) shots of espresso. Shame on Starbucks for being able to fool me for so long. Coffee Bean and Peet'sputs 3 (three) shots of espresso into their large lattes, but Nordstrom's eBar lette is much more rich in taste. Why? eBar's latte has 4 (four) shots of espresso in it. Between the rich taste and service that Leticia and John offer, mychoice is very clear.

Disappointed in the attitude shown when the cashier/barista thought we were not paying attention. It seemed we interrupted her relaxing time with an empty store. Customers do tend to see the real customer service.

The location of this Ebar is really great. Other than that hat, it's just another Ebar with little concentration on the orders. So, you may wanna reconfirm your order before you take it.Wheelchair accessibility: In the Irvine spectrum shopping center; ground floor

I went there yesterday and walked up to the barista, and asked her in a very nice voice, Do you allow for refills with your iced tea? She turned away and yelled to her manager who verified that yes they do have refills. I said to her, You learned something new today. She looked at me and said nothing. She kind of gave me a smirk. This is a nice place that has good drinks in a very crowded environment. They do have a lot of employeesbut none of them are wiping tables, helping guests, seating people, managing the long line of people out the door, or greeting people who just walk in. It seems like everyone in there is unhappy with their jobs. Pros: fantastic iced tea, coffee drinks, and snacks. (the products are excellent.)Cons: not friendly, cold, unhappy baristas. Dirty, cluttered tables, lack of management.It might just be I got the wrong person on the wrongday....based on the other reviews which seem positive on service and friendliness. It 's a good placeto get a drink. I 'll go back and try again.

The place is great. Staff is very efficient. There is not so much choices to eat. The coffee is great.
