Starbucks - Irvine

Their house coffee is so good and very cheap! Their small is quite tiny but highly caffeinated. They also have a menu so that you can pair it up to your coffee.

Marissa was great! She remembered my order even though I had only ever ordered with her one time!

Ordered via the app. Wait time 8 mins. 25 mins later I asked where my coffee was, which it was in the mobile order section, wrong.(gave me a grande when I ordered a Venti and missing lite whip) No apology, no compensation for the mistake. Didn't even give me the drink they made that was going to waste.

Very friendly staff and same great quality as standalone Starbucks stores. Very quick and love that they have all the food options (protein bites, sous vide, etc. available, as well. Definitely much more than expected form a coffee shop in a hotel lobby!

The dame, which today stood at the bank, lacks basic customer service-label skills.
