Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Irving

They are horrible. I went and ordered a 2 can dine which comes with 6 pcs of chicken, a 2 sides of your choice. I only received 5 pcs of chicken, and I also ordered red beans and rice ..... WELL I Only received rice with no beans. My fries were cold, I didn 't want to say anything because the workers were so angry about something. I will NEVER go back to this Popeyes. Management is awful as well. I stood on the side of an elderly man who ordered food a drink and they told him they didn 't have any ice, he asked if he could just get a refund for the drink and the workers and manager told him no. So i asked them why couldn 't he get a refund and then she rudely asked him Did you pay with cash or card? I really hope they get it together.

Chicken was very bad tasted like shrimp and felt slimy it's not that hard to cook chicken it really isn't

Went to this location for meal and was so disappointed I will not return. The pieces of chicken were so small I mistakenly thought it might have been pigeon or some other small bird. Definitely not worth the $31.71 that I paid. I will take my money elsewhere.

Food good. However, it took sooo damn long for someone to acknowledge me. All of the workers were talking and just chatting. Effing ridiculous. Manager was just there joining chatting it up as well.

Extremely long line. Literally waited in drive thru line 23 mins after completing my pick up order online. Smh. Was out of cookies. Ordered spicy chicken. Got home to see it was mild , fries were cold ash !!! Manager hobbling around extremely slow while talking on her cell phone and bagging my order . If it wasn’t for this strawberry lemonade and fact I wasn’t dressed to go inside oooh weeeee!!!!!! Smdh. This location needs total makeover for imporovment. INSIDE AND OUTUpdate :tried again despite the reviews. Smdg. . 6.27.2022 at 8pm online pick up order chicken half cooked..DISGUSTING.GOOEY SKIN. Thank goddness for the biscuit and fresh fries todsy other wise i wouldve starve to death!!
