Debonairs Pizza - Isipingo

The cashiers are rude and never smile. The service is slow. Delivery time is even worse with an average waiting time of 90 minutes or more.

I am extremely upset with the service with debonairs Francois rd. This is not the first time I have ordered a pizza for the lady at my work to take to her son. The drivers are always getting lost but this time the driver said he gives up and he isn't coming when I got one of the gentleman to give him directions from where ever he was. This is the last time we will be ordering as it is very unprofessional to just say u are not delivering when we are willing to assist in finding your way to us. … – show

Order never delivered and phone not answered when attempting to make enquiries.

Absolutr pathetic service. Ordered pizza almost two hours prior only to be told after numerous calls made by ME that they cannot deliver due to only having one card machine. Manager and staff were of NO help and had a nonchalant attitude. Took me screaming and actually getting into my vehicle close to 9pm to collect my own food

False advertising....when we made telephone order we were informed to choose our complimentary drink on arrival.... there after we arrived we were told there is no stock for complimentary drink
