Feedback gevenRoom We stayed in the Elegance Club Junior Suite. In most respects, the room was really nice: Included standard things like a couch and chair, and offered some nice additions like an outdoor Jacuzzi, mini fridge, safe, robes, and even a clothing steamer. The major design flaw for this (and most other rooms at the resort), was their attempt to utilize an open concept approach to the space. Unfortunately, the bathroom was literally IN the bedroom. What this means, is that if you utilize the facilities in the middle of the night, your only deterrent from awkward (restroom) sounds is a thin 3 4 length glass door to the small closet where the toilet is. Washing your hands afterwards is performed less than 2ft from your partners ' pillow on the bed, so good luck doing that quietly enough not to stir them. Pool Bars There are swim up pool bars adjacent each of the buildings on the resort. Unfortunately, in our experience, most of the Elegance pool bars only ever seemed to be staffed after 5pm, and closed each day at 6pm. The Family pool bar opened much earlier, but with the large number of children there, it wasn 't the kind of adult vacation experience we were looking for. Beach With the exception of a wave runner rental stand about 10mins down the beach, this resort offers literally no water activies. Snorkelling activities, cayaking, paddle boats won 't be found here, so with the exception of renting a wave runner $80 30mins, you 're out of luck. Dining There were 2 Internation buffets, and 5 restaurants ranging from Italian, Japanese, Steak House, Mexican, French on the resort. There are no upcharges for any of the restaurant selections and the majority don 't require advance reservation. Unfortunately, the quality of food selections will likely leave you wanting. The Italian menu offerings were limited and the sauce was definitely straight out of a can. We tried the Steak House twice, but each time we were unable to cut or chew our steak selections. Speaking with other guests later in our trip, apparently we were not alone. The Japanese Habuki experience was your typical fun sit down meal where the chef was entertaining and offered a variety of tasty chicken and beef with rice. Neither of us are really into spicy dishes, so we didn 't check out the Mexican restaurant. The French restaurant was fully booked each time we tried to schedule a table, so we didn 't make it to that one either. Either of the International buffet areas were what you 'd come to expect at a buffet, with various pre made selections and a noodle bar. Nothing spectacular, and most of the ready made items were always generally luke warm at best. Service Well over 95% of the staff here at the resort were always very welcoming and hospitable. You 're supplied with contact info for your personal butler , should you have any concerns or special requests during your stay. Each morning our butler would check in with us, confirming that everything was ok, and that we didn 't have any concerns. Shopping There are a few shopping options on the resort: AVOID ALL OF THEM! There is a makeshift Jewelry store with cheap looking trinkets that were far over priced. A simple silver skull ring for example, was $720USD. The gift shop is another drastically over priced area where you can go to grab a 12 pack of Tylenol for $25USD. There 's also a swimsuit shop (Quicksilver), where the cheapest bathing suit was $120USD.

Food was just ok. Ate there once and wouldn't recommend it. My girlfriend enjoyed it more than me because she loved the pasta appetizer. Although she wasn't happy with her entree.
Dress code for women doesnt allow bathing suit tops which is ok but when a shirt is a shirt even if it looks like a bathing suit top shouldnt get denied entry when some people have stringers on. Nevertheless finally got in here and the seafood was subpar, the service was bad as they didnt put my whole entre in then a large group came in and got thiers before i did and we had a screaming baby and the last people whos food should have got forgotten. The seafood was not good, the scallops were bad, lobster tail was so so . My least favorite food place on the resort.
