I had this organization cater my wedding reception some years ago with New Mexican food. They are a women's shelter that employs their clients making food so they may earn some money while they are in their care. Despite a pretty heavy language barrier when I placed my order, they were extremely professional, they got the order perfect, it was extremely reasonably priced, they were on time, they found the delivery address without any problem, and the food was so good my wife and I actually didn't get any. It was so popular the guests gobbled up every last bit before we even arrived from the wedding which did not take long. So, if you use them, order more than you think you'll need.
