Great London pub which retains that London pub charm. Lovely outside space to make the most of a fine autumnal afternoon. Great selection of beers. Had the Tuesday night burger with a free drink which was great value and delicious.

Favourite pub in Clerkenwell. Fabulous outdoor courtyard, excellent staff and food. Been coming here for years and always a pleasure to see familiar faces. Thank you Simon and team. Oh, and French Fizz Friday is amazing!!

The family met some friends for lunch here and we were very happy to have done so. Everyone loved their dishes, lovely sausage and mash, a virtuous and tasty salmon salad, a several perfect fish chips! The vibe was a good one, food came to the table quickly but then we were left to enjoy and socialize with our friends. No rush anywhere. Glad we went to the Crown Tavern and 10/10 would repeat.

Had a lovely dinner date with the girlfriend and was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly service from the bar staff and the food is amazing we had the sausage and mash with delicious dessert will definitely be coming back
