My food was supposed to arrive at 6:35pm, but after waiting for an hour past the delivery time, I had to order from another restaurant. Four hours later, around 10:30pm, the delivery guy finally arrived with my food. This was the worst food delivery experience I have ever had. I want to warn as many people as possible about how bad this place is.
Ok. I made my order yesterday on ubereats. I order some stir fried noodles that honestly were great. Spicy enough, great taste, abundant. The thing is that the time it was supposed to be here was not here. There was no tracking system on ubereats and the only over option to contact the restaurant was to call them. Fine. Call them 4 times, voicemail. I checked on tripadvisor. Very bad reviews about delivery, damn. So after one hour delay i tried to ask for refund but it was almost impossibile becuase it was still on preparation. So more than one and a half hour since my order a guy called me with his.phone saying he couldnt find the place. After 25 minutes he appeared at the door saying that the post code send him a km away. Now, london is huge and that why you have indication about the court, the road, numbers etc. If youre late and you have all the info it s your fault. What i suggest is to go directly there and order some food personally. Otherwhise avoid it. There is loads of great place to order food at.

Every review says the same across all different review sites – this is 100% a total scam taking people 's money and not sending orders out. Literally the worst service I have ever received from any takeaway in London. Ordered direct via their website and after an hour I called to make sure my order had been received. I was asked for my order number and postcode and told yes it had and the driver was on the way. We live 5 minutes away from them, so when it didn 't arrive in 10 minutes I called again and was told the same. I repeated that process a further two times and was told the same, and that the driver would arrive 'any second '. After an hour and a half I called again and was told the order had never been received and nothing had left the kitchen yet. Their staff lied repeatedly – tbh it sounded like the same guy on each call, including when he admitted the order had never been cooked yet. On one of the phone calls the guy even 'called the driver to see where he was '. Totally mental. I cancelled the order and will be amazed if I see a refund. This is the second time using them and the second time we 've had an issue.
