Fischer Meats - Issaquah

I always enjoy the great service from the people at Fischer Meats, and of course the very best quality meat products in our area! It’s so wonderful to have this long standing local business thriving. My family loves the variety of sausages and I appreciate that I can purchase great cuts of beef and pork in sizes that I want and need!

We bought a whole lamb here, the quality is good and the shop charges 11.99 per lbs. however when we pick it up, they refuse to weight it and said it’s 50lbs, but it’s actually 44lbs when we weight it at home. It’s 72 dollars more charged. I don’t know what to say, just disappointed by this beloved local store with 100+ years of history.

We recently ordered meat products from Fischer's Meats, I can truly say that this is an amazing business with the highest quality meat products! The steaks and pork belly were delicious, juicy/tasty, and very health beneficial! We had inquiries regarding their products, we called the meat market to find out they were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. There kind replies facilitated our decision regarding what cuts of meat to purchase. After ordering, our meat products arrived in an expeditious manner (Courtesy of Mercato)! We will certainly shop/order from Fischer's Meats in the near future they have won our business and trust! I see why they're a 5 star meat service provider!

Awesome butcher! Great place to get all your meat. Staff is helpful, prices are reasonable in line with most grocery stores but much higher quality. Also a great place to get fresh thanksgiving Turkeys!

This place is amazing. They do special orders for me on smoked products that are fantastic. I have been going there for 30 years. I also used to use a meat store in New Castle that I will leave nameless but will not shop there any longer after making a few trips there to find the products I wanted weren’t in stock even after being told they would be. They don’t even make their jerkys at their location and have it brought in from another location. But what really turned me off was the way they negatively talked about Fischer when I mentioned them. Fischers is worth the ten minute drive up the road. Thanks again Josh for the awesome smoke turkey breast.
