Feedback gevenI just pulled into the opposite and was only twice. both paintings were the coworkers that my commanded, super nice and sweet. I've really appreciated this since I've been new here. they got my first job right through the drive thru and the second was for four drinks and all were correct. I was disappointed that she wasn't the washington was here mug, but that's not the baristas' fault
Awesome Starbucks. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Check hours before heading out Google maps has wrong hours. Plus Maizey approved!
I use this location a lot because it’s convenient for me and it has a drive through. I’ve been here countless times and honestly they mess up my order often, probably 1 out of every 4 visits. This most recent visit I ordered a venti iced latte but was given a grande. I didn’t even realize it until I left and didn’t have time to go back. It wouldn’t really be that big of deal had I been charged for the grande but I was using stars so the cost was the same regardless. I was a bit disappointed but I’ve also gotten used to this location messing up my orders.
Looks like no one came to work today ??. No sign. No anything. Just a long line of cars waiting for the magical voice to come welcome them to Starbucks. But it won’t come. And when they finally decide the box intercom must be broken and they pull ahead to the window they’ll learn there’s no one home. No baristas. No managers. No regional or district manager to put up a sign saying “sorry, we aren’t making coffee today”. Just a closed window and a dark store.Honestly, this has been one of the worst managed Starbucks for years so expectations should be low. Maybe the manager said “remember that time we ran out of hot water? Well this shouldn’t bother people much more. I’ll just sleep in”. Or maybe Starbucks knows they’ll get your money one way or another so they just don’t care. But this is paramount. Making myself a promise never to use this location again AND to try to go a little out of my way to find a local coffeeshop even when convenience is calling.
I like their lattes. But this morning they were out of spinach wraps so we ordered the tomato mozzarella sandwiches. We got them to go and when we opened them 1/4 of my bread was missing and the tomatoes, melted cheese and spinach was on the outside of my sandwich. Same thing with the hub's sandwich but not as bad as mine. Really disappointed in you Starbucks! I'm thinking of switching to Woods Coffee permanently...never have had any problems with their delicious sandwiches.
