Fine Fixin's - Jacksonville

I visited this restaurant for lunch and had a disappointing experience. The burger I received was smaller than the bun, and I was charged an extra $1.75 for a single slice of cheese, which was just a partial slice of bacon. The 18 fries on my plate were also ice cold. Additionally, I found it off-putting that all three pieces of flatware wrapped in the napkin on the table had leftover food particles and were covered in water spots. The owner did ask if there was anything he could do for me, but I declined, as I had no desire for more of his food. I eat out for lunch every day, and unfortunately, I won't be returning to Fine Fixin's. I have to give it 1 star for this experience.
